The changing face of Cumnock

With Cumnock Picture House being knocked down and replaced with a car park, Cumnock Town Hall being renovated and the Dumfries Arms getting a facelift, can we have some pictures of the phases this small area of Cumnock is going through?

I passed the ex-picture house yesterday as they were clearing away the rubble and noticed that work is going on at the Dumfries Arms Hotel next door to it. Did anyone get a picture of the Head at the Windi?

Found this photo of the Stags Head at the DA.

Looks as though this is going to be SOME hotel. Large extention at the back.
