New home for Cumnock's Parkinson's support group

  • The Cumnock Parkinson's Support Group has a new home at Visions Leisure Centre

The Cumnock Support Group for Parkinson's UK has moved to a new home at Visions Leisure Centre in Cumnock.

The small and informal group welcomes anyone who has an interest in Parkinson's to monthly meetings where they can keep up to date with information about Parkinson's and what support is available. It also gives people the chance to meet others who are in a similar situation and to talk about their experiences.

The group plans to organise lunches, outings and fundraising activities, and is looking for anyone who feels they might benefit from the group's support to contact them.

For more information about the group which meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 1-3pm, contact Andrew McDougall on 01290 420116.
