Juniors shocked as experienced assistant Dempsey leaves club

  • Cumnock Juniors assistant manager Jim Dempsey has left the club, it has been announced

Cumnock Juniors have been shocked by the news that experienced assistant manager Jim Dempsey has left the club.

The announcement was made with a statement on the club's website saying: "Jim was a hard-worker who was responsible for the training. He was well-respected by players and supporters and Cumnock Juniors would like to give Jim their best wishes in his future footballing career."

The former Hamilton defender also managed Accies, and has had a long career in the Junior game with various clubs.
