The 3rd Annual Cumnock Highland Games was held on Sunday 24th August at Broomfield Park and the whole event was a huge success.

Oor Jim McMillan, Secretary of the Games, was delighted and said it turned out to be a fantastic day.

Committee member Morrice Donnelly added: "The Good Lord has been good to us with the weather! The public have enjoyed it, and there were a lot of foreigners here, a lot, which makes it all worthwhile. If we continue to get bigger each year as we are, it's definitely going to put Cumnock back on the map."
