CUMNOCK CITIZEN OF THE YEAR 2009

Cumnock's Citizen of the Year 2009, Ciss McCreadie was presented with the Keir McTurk Memorial Rosebowl by Colin Chisholm, Chairman of the Keir McTurk Memorial Committee, at a ceremony in St. John's Hall on Friday 28 May. Ciss was accompanied by members of her family and friends. Also present representing East Ayrshire Council were Fiona Lees, Chief Executive, and Councillors Eric Ross and Kathy Morrice who, in the absence of Provost Stephanie Young, made a presentation to Ciss on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
