GREENMILL PS PUPILS IN ACTION
GONNAE NO PARK HERE Indiscriminate Parking at the gates of Greenmill PS Barrhill Rd Cumnock
Cumnock Community Council in discussion with both EAC and the Community Police have over a period of many months attempted to resolve the ongoing problems with indiscriminate parking at both the bottom and top gates at the school . The pupils have decided enough is enough if the Big Folk canny sort it out they will themselves by protesting at both gates, letting those drivers know that the safety off all pupils attending Greenmill PS is foremost in the mind of these youngsters, and their actions should be applauded. Parents are requested to park away from the school gates and off the main road to drop off and pick up pupils but not to park indiscriminately CCC hopes common sense shall eventually prevail until then we fully support these youngsters showing their mettle by stating the obvious SAFETY FIRST at our school gates some of us are only wee and might not be seen until it is too late THINK !
