Coaching Children and Young People

This is a three hour workshop for people with some coaching experience. This workshop has been developed to help ocaches to adapt their coaching practice to meet the unique needs of the young participants. It will cover how children develop physically and emotionally, and how they learn and improve skill. It also helps coaches to identify and develop elite performers from a young age.
